Having owned and sold my own business, I understand firsthand what business owners go through when they’re considering a sale. It’s personal, it’s complex, and it’s rarely as straightforward as people think.
After working within other brokerages, I saw the limitations of rigid systems and cookie-cutter processes. Too often, deals were approached with a one size fits all strategy, and as someone who’s been on the other side of the table, I knew that wasn’t good enough.
I built Ironwood to be different. Every business and every owner is unique, and their sale process should reflect that. I believe in thinking on your feet, adapting quickly, and crafting a strategy that fits each situation—not forcing clients into a standard process.
